Pope Francis' "holiness"
One of the most abuse words in history is "holiness" or "holy". Traditionally, the word was used to describe non-living things, such as "holy shrine", "holy cities", "holy cross", "holy rosary" and animate things such as the "holy see". Recently, the word, in addition to "professionalism", was used by Pope Francis who was quoted by DZMM teleradyo, December 22, 2013 issue, as follows: Pope Francis: Mga katoliko dapat isabuhay ang holiness (Roman Catholics should live holy) Pope Francis: Mga katoliko dapat may propesyonalismo (Roman Catholics should have professionalism) In short, Pope Francis is attacking the "unholiness" and "unprofessionalism" of Roman Catholics. But coincidentally, who is the root cause of this alleged words? Is it not the institution itself because of idolatry?
